Re:Fab Electronics

We upcycle scrap electronics into things with purpose in an EU-funded project

Re:Fab Electronics

Re:Fab Electronics is an Erasmus and EU-funded project that upcycles scrap electronics into creations with real purpose and use. The project approached us and chose Learnlife studios to take part, with an open invitation to our community and the public.

We hosted Madeleine Recknagel, a facilitator in circular economy and regeneration, for the first of two workshops at our Urban Hub, tracing where our everyday products come from down to their raw materials. The second ran on site at the urban garden Porta'm a L'hort, where permaculture is in full flow, as we learn to run a learner-led, learner-designed project.
