I'm a changemaker with a proven track record of driving impactful projects locally and globally, harnessing distributed innovation and collaborating across diverse networks. My practice moves between maker culture, community activation and systems-level thinking, and I prioritise equity and diversity in everything I make and lead.
Experience
- Coordinate a global network of 56+ Fab Cities, managing engagement and regional structures.
- Represent the Foundation in EU projects including GreenInCities, translating research outputs into practical tools and case studies.
- Oversee knowledge management of network learnings.
- Build partnerships and act as liaison between the Foundation, the Fab City Collective and stakeholders.
- Managed the Learnlife studios programme and hired a team of design and technology experts.
- Delivered learning experiences, fablab and carpentry courses.
- Ran impactful projects and initiated local and global collaborations, fostering active changemakers.
- Embedded circular futures into the ethos of the studios.
Designed and delivered a maker space for teens, guiding learners from self-discovery to collaborative creation.
Coached young people through project-based learning, developing English through art.
Removed barriers to access and nurtured creativity in spoken word, photography, visual art, music and circus; implemented an equity, diversity and disability action plan.
Coached high-need individuals and refugees 1-to-1, delivered creative and employment-skills workshops, and curated a learning centre and exhibition space.
Delivered key-skills training, supported mental-health outreach and represented the equality and diversity team.
Concept and events design, press materials, event planning, budgets and partnerships.
