We have been experimenting with eco materials, including Jesmonite, a safer alternative to resin, plaster and concrete. Using moulds and building textures into them, I want to really appreciate what goes into the everyday materials of the things we use.
Next up is pine resin, which can give some lovely results. The cheese covers by Fabien Barrero-Carsenat have been a useful reference.
