I ran a physical rooftop workshop at Horstik, a hyperlocal urban garden that is part of the Nau Bostik community, bringing the Maker Change tree and action cards into a real space.
We combined collective making from the action cards - bird feeders, planting from food scraps, edible plant identification - with digital action tracking through my app. Over a shared lunch and live feedback, we ran a full cycle of activation, action and feedback at community scale, helping people co-create cards that inspire nature-friendly actions.
